Kyra is an undergraduate majoring in Quantitative Biosciences and Engineering with a minor in Applied Mathematics and Statistics. She plans to pursue a PhD in Biomedical Engineering and is currently working with Alyson to apply machine learning methods to polymer synthesis and characterization. Kyra is a member of SWE (Society of Women Engineers), BioBuilders, and competes for Mines as a USAC rock climber. Outside of the lab, she enjoys hiking, kayaking, running, and reading.
